We are GOING VIRTUAL again, for our 2021 Annual Conference. This change means we have the opportunity to attract even MORE attendees as travel requirements won’t be a hindrance. What does an Exhibitor Space look like? You get a dedicated customizable profile page with space to feature a 30-second video showcasing your company or a special promotion, link to a form for lead retrievals, and chat directly with attendees. Help your brand stand out with impactful visuals. Add promotion coupons or special deals to incentivize attendees. You can even livestream a demonstration of your product/service or host a virtual meet-up to connect with potential clients.

Virtual Luncheon Sponsor. Do a virtual “lunch-n-learn”! Work with our event planning staff to pick an option that works best for you. Examples: featured live demo, extended video length, VIP virtual lunch sessions, etc.
Virtual Breakout Session Sponsors. Is there a topic that fits your business or interests? Sponsor will post a 30-second pre-session video ad and be acknowledgment before and after the session.(SOLD)

Attendee Challenge Sponsors. Includes one feature in daily challenges where attendees will be required to complete a task or interaction to earn points. Prizes will be awarded!
Trivia Networking Activity Sponsors. Sponsor prizes for our Trivia Contest! Attendees will test their Washington transportation knowledge while networking with peers during a luncheon trivia contest! Receive acknowledgement in the agenda.

Demo Session add-on ($300)
Tech Demo Sessions: ITS Washington has a limited number of technology demonstration sessions available through this year’s virtual event. For attendees, these sessions will provide the opportunity to see technology deployments and share project outcomes. For exhibitors or sponsors, these sessions add value to your participation by providing a dedicated 15-minute presentation slot. Any company wanting to provide a Tech Demo Session must also be an exhibitor and/or sponsor.
